Comment: I was inspired to paint this picture using images from photographs I found depicting sheep
wagons of the Northwest. My uncle lived a similar, solitary life; and it epitomizes the total opposite
lifestyle than that of our present day. The setting is the Sawtooth Mountains: a vast terrain still spotted
with beautiful, quiet places to contemplate life.
